Robert Baird

Robert Baird

Founder and President

Robert has almost 30 years of experience in design, development, and implementation of local government and medical-related software applications. He also has extensive client service experience in more than 100 Texas counties and hospital districts. Robert’s account management background includes responsibility for local government data processing departments in municipalities with populations comprising over 4 million people and multi-million dollar budgets. His number-one goal is to ensure that the customers who have placed their trust in IHS are the most satisfied customers in the indigent health care field.


Kristie Harris

Vice President and General Manager

Kristie joined Indigent Healthcare Solutions in February 2005. She attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2003 with a BBA degree in Management Information Systems. Kristie added an MBA degree with a concentration in accounting in 2005. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Fraternity, Golden Key International Honor Society, and Alpha Chi National College Honor Society. While attending Sam Houston University, Kristie was recognized on the Dean’s List, the President’s Honor Roll, and the National Dean’s List.


Tonya Robison

Tonya Robison

Office Manager

Tonya joined Indigent Healthcare Solutions in February 2006. She graduated from Lone Star College with an Associate Degree in Speech Communications and then attended Lamar University and graduated with BBA in Business Management and Human Relations. Tonya was listed on the Dean’s List while attending both colleges. She is responsible for client communications and internal office functions. Tonya also assists in sales and contract management. She is the project manager for IHS’s software features, Medicaid Power Search, and Provider Pipeline.


Chris Wilson

Director of Customer Support

Chris joined Indigent Healthcare Solutions in May 2006. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station, and graduated with a BBA in Marketing in 2006. While attending A&M University, Chris worked for the campus’ Computing & Information Services department. He was also involved in the Aggie Recruitment Committee and was listed on the Dean’s List. Chris’ responsibilities include training, installation, and customer support. His primary goal is to provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.


Keith Eley

Keith Eley

Lead Software Developer

Keith joined Indigent Healthcare Solutions in November 2007. He attended Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi, was recognized on the Dean’s List, and graduated with a BBA degree in Management Information Systems. Prior to that, Keith received an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi. He is responsible for installation, training, and customer support. Keith is committed to ensuring client satisfaction.
