At the recommendation of Fannin County Indigent Health Care Director, Jean Siebenthall, County Auditor, Scott Dyer, and IT Director, Dustin Morrow; the Fannin County Commissioners Court chose Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) to replace the DOS based software used by Fannin County since the late 1980’s. The installation and training was implemented in December 2014.
