Rains County Indigent Healthcare Director, Jeannine Hayes, chose Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) to replace the DOS based software used by Rains County since the late 1980’s. The Commissioners Court voted unanimously to approve the state-of-the-art system offered by IHS.
