Rusk County Commissioners Court approved the request of Indigent Health Care Director, Diana Mitchell, and County Auditor, Ronald Moody, to authorize Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art browser-based software. Services were implemented in March 2012.
