Liberty County IHC Director, Cleveland, TX – Liberty County has two indigent health care offices located 35 miles apart. IHS was able to network my two offices so all of my records are at our fingertips no matter which office we are serving the public from. Because our office also manages several other grant and charity programs, we have also been able to integrate the needs of these additional programs into the IHS software.
